Nightmare I request a King size bed room and when I checked in they said there was none available. When I walked in the non smoking room if smelled like a smoke room. I am allergic to smoke. I just simply backed out the room and stopped at the front desk and slipped the keys to the clerk. He was helping another person. They probably still charged me.

Very bad experience with the hotel The address of the hotel is not accurate at all!!!! I put the 1410 NASA Rd into Uber and that guided us to a wrong place, which was very far from the hotel. I called the number of the hotel and the one who picked up my phone did not know how to speak English and where they are!!!!!!!! Then I used google map to get NASA and finally find it by ourselves. We check in at 11.15pm, there is nobody to help us check in, and wait and call until a lady who was doing sheet washer to handle check in job.. There is no wifi for thee room of us according instruction input room no, last name. try to ask front counter for help with same lady. the answer is our wifi always has problem. cause us more two hour to call help centre for wifi.

Bad reception dirty room Booked a double bed suite with full kitchen for 3 nights. Receptionist could not find our booking upon arrival. After a long check in process when I went to take a shower found the bath tub super dirty & smelling like human waist, complained to the receiptionist and they said clean it yourself. Stayed 1 night as it was too late to go somewhere else and cancelled the rest of the days the next morning and changed hotels. This hotels should be closed down for good.

Big let down We always come to this hotel for a quiet weekend getaway, the 1st room was not prepared so they gave a second one it was warm had to turn air way down to cool it was stuffy and dusty feeling. The last at front desk said what was correct but her facial expressions said something else, she appeared bothered when asked questions.

Wont be back to that location. It couldve been better the worker omar didnt make me feel confortable at all. I feel like I shouldve been able to move to another room. Or refunded. But it was niether not even a apologie.

Hotels.com did not book the room we paid for Becareful with this hotel. They did not have the room we paid for. I do not understand why Hotels.com do not check the bookings. When we arrived, only 1 room with 1 bed missing, no other room available, no more bed available, no mattress available.
