Not a pleasant stay Unhelpful staff. Room noisy. No hot water or very little. Breakfast not on time and poorly supplied.

Across the street from the NASA Space Center Nasty water backed up in the kitchenette sink from other rooms with people's food. Nasty sewer water backed up in the bathroom sink onto the floor.

very disappointing When I was trying to check in, in couldn't they told me they were book, even though I confirm with hotel.com before I booked that I would have a room. Took 2hrs afterwards for Hotel.com could find me another hotel to stay in and I had a problem Checking in as well, mind you it was 1:50am in morning trying to get all of this sorted out. Very disappointing and tiring.

Terrible Experience during Hurricane Harvey Stayed at Nasa location. Olga at the front desk was nice. Christin W and whoever the guy was at the desk were absolutely awful. I was staying there for nearly a week due to the hurricane. I got a call from the guy saying I needed to leave immediately. I asked why and he told me that I was paying day to day and they overbooked. I argued this and he flat out said "man, im done with this", then hung up on me. Very bad experience Bugs in room. Breakfast was not provided. Room was stinking!! Had a bad experience with two kids!

Horrible stay The hotel smelled of mold and cigarette smoke. The beds are fills and tiny. Our blankets had cigarette holes in them. Our a.c. did not work and when my husband pulled up the filter it was loaded with lint. It never fully came on. The continental breakfast was multigrain bars and store bought, individually wrapped muffins. The walls are SUPER thin. Heard another couple all night. My kids stayed asleep thank God. Worst experience ever.

POOR WIFI It was ok until l tried to use wifi ...it didnt work
