The hotel did not have accommodations like internet said. Went to another ext stay hotel. Could not help me dur to no internet service at front desk. Rooms not that nice.

Horrible No ice machines no vending machines no adequate supplies No coffee No breakfast I chose that hotel because of all the amenities on the website

Property is close to expressway. I saw a baby roach on nightstand. Opened it up n it had crumbs in there. Bathroom tub fixtures were bootlegged fixed. N outside tub was dirty. A lil out dated

The bed had RED BED BUGS!!!!! I had to gather my things and get another hotel at the last minute & I had guests visiting. I was extremely horrified, embarrassed, and threw away all my clothes because I had laid down.

I got to the property and I couldn’t be checked in until 35 minutes AFTER I arrived because there was no one in reception. Guest should NOT have to wait that long for a room especially if I have a reservation
