property is in terrible condition, all furniture and appliance are dirty and at least 20 years old. Room smell like somebody smoked on it for awhile. Hall smelled like weed as soon as you entered the floor. Pool has been shutdown (green lime) since before the pandemic (according to staff). This hotel is used by the state to host homeless and refugees as such nobody complains, yet I paid full price and had to leave next day.

Property is extremely old, half of the rooms are not usable because an issue with AC or Bathroom or something. Fridge had mold in it, Sofa bed was unusable had to change room a couple of times because of an issue. Pictures on the site are very miss leading. Cost was on the low side but for the contidion of the facilities it becomes extremely expensive.

This place is terrible but you get what you pay for. Room smelled, matress on the sofa bed was so filthy. There wasnt any breakfast at 8:30 a.m. The staff is very impolite. Never, never, never again. We shouldve have booked Springhill Suites next door.

Don’t stay here My room was dirty upon check in, had roaches and bed bugs. I was told that they don’t have housekeeping since I checked in. I asked for cleaning supplies and they said they had none not even a broom or mop. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Business response:

Abra, we appreciate you sharing these concerns. We are grateful for your thoughts on these matters and also for your patience. Thank you for your time; you have our assurance that we will address your comments appropriately. Sincerely, Hotel Management

They have no cookware, or silverware, poor communication, and the room I was in was something wrong and they never communicated with me until I couldn't extend anymore that a shipment had to come in.
