Trash was everywhere at trash areas. Keys had to be reprogrammed 2x.

Not worth the brand name This is the worst maintained ESA, I have ever stayed. Rusted bath fittings, with peeled paints; kitchen cabinets are gross, the room had stinky smell and very dirty furniture guess due to decades of non-maintenance.Continental breakfast was a joke, with only black coffee and muffin provided.

Never again...The hotel is very run down and is occupied by what seens like semi permanent, or extended stay, tenants. Looks more like a run down apartment complex, with very little to offer...I would recommend finding another hotel. Trust me.

The bathtub was in poor condition, both night lights were broken, and there were no utensils to use.

Never again Only thing good about the visit was the in person customer service. The hotel had roaches in the room. When you run the bath tub water, it screeches. You can hear every conversation outside of the room. One of the bathrooms, water was leaking from the ceiling. There were no extra blankets at hotel. And they gave away our upgraded rooms. So both of our rooms were downgraded.
