I was pretty disappointed with this hotel, the room was not fully clean. The whole kitchen area looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned with crumbs still left over on the shelves and something that had been spilled in the fridge. The carpet was as dirty and the shower look a little worse for ware. We had to call the front desk to send up a remote for the TV because there was none, and when asked if we could have any extra pillows they said they “could not find any anywhere”. Really dissatisfied The room was horrible - reeked of smoke, all the furniture was stained and broken, all the kitchen cabinets were busted. The window didn’t close all the way, and the AC leaked, so there was a huge puddle near the bed. The carpet was wet when we checked in - maybe from trying to get rid of the smoke smell. There was random burn marks in the carpet all over. And there was construction directly outside our window .
