We got what we paid for Front desk not inviting and owner/ management not friendly or professionally dressed. Only 1 elevator worked and no ice machines. Room was decent but door kept getting stuck when opening, no phone in room and smoke alarm kept beeping. Management asked us to just remove batteries instead of coming up to replace. Terrible

Broken down and noisy. Needs remodel. The first room had toilet problems. Overall the hotel needs a remodel. The cars on the highway and trains passing did not let me sleep. One elevator was broken.

Gross Once I came in I saw a roach crawling across the counter. I layer on the bed for 5 minutes and 6 huge bedbugs start crawling out the pillows and from under the sheets. I did not stay the night I left and to diseños y myself somewhere else.

THE WORST PLACE EVER!! I had to use a plunger everytime i had to flush the toilet and the phone was a dollar everytime i used it even though the app said it was free. And the last night i was there i slipped on some wayer in the restrroom that the toilet leaked out during the night and hurt my back arm and hit my head as well. When i told the front desk all they said was "Oh." Thats it. Didnt even have the common courtisy to ask if i was alright!!!

Very bad experience The room looked very old looking the kitchen area looked very out dated and it didnt have and kitchen appliances at all no microwave no nothing just a fridge that i would not keep anything in. The tub looked very nasty like someone had painted it. I would never take a bath in that! I sprayed lysol spray on the counter due to covid19 and roaches started coming from out of the furniture.
