Having stayed in several Extended Stay properties I rate this as the worst I’ve seen. It appears to serve as an apartment complex and smell of smoke and food odors was very annoying. Also, the bathroom shower floor was peeling and needs an industrial scrubbing to remove the embedded dirt stains. I don’t doubt that the shower was clean itself but it not aesthetically pleasing.

Worst experience ever at this hotel I started in one room and there was trash under the bed the lil fridge wasn’t clean, then I went to a second room same thing trash under the bed just very poor cleaning service and customer service.

Never, never come back This is the worst experience for me to stay at a hotel like this one

We had to chage rooms 3 times due to issues, we end up canceling our room

No hot showers here The main reason for the poor review is that you can't seem to get a hot shower at this place. The hot water in the sink got plenty hot, but the hot water coming out of the shower got mildly warm at best. Although that temperature might work for some, it was not pleasant when the temperatures outside hovered near freezing. I was apparently not the only one with the issue, since someone else asked the front desk how they could get the water hot as well.

Thieves People stealing in the parking lot. Cracked showers and they charged me an extra $4.60 after I left. No explanation.

The staff was great, couldnt have been nicer. Unfortunately the roaches were horrible. In 2 nights I squashed 7 of them, had to sleep with all the lights on, couldnt wait to get out of there
