My stay at Extended Stay at The Woodlands The room has a horrible stench and the shower floor has some type of stains, staff wouldn't allow us to change rooms, saying there were no more available, even though there are hardly any people checked in at the motel

Disgusting The worst extended stay experience ever. Generally extended stay's are decent. This one is not. We booked non smoking room. We got a non smoking room (by label) but the previous customers looked like smoked. All the bedsheets, customs we smelling very badly with cigarette smell. We requested to change the room but they denied though there were several rooms empty. WIFI is very slow. Breakfast had only muffins and coffee. That's all. Not even bagles/milk/juice. Cigarette smelling "smoke free" facility We were looking for a cheap place to stay for one night in The Woodlands. We weren't going to be there for a long time just to place to shower and sleep. The whole hotel is smoke-free but every room including the hotel lobby smells like cigarettes. We got locked out of our room twice because the card swiper on the door kept locking us out.
