The room smelled really bad!

The office was closed...I slept in my truck. When I got there, a few minutes after I booked it on your app, i found the office closed so i slept in my truck. I need a refund please

Thank you for sharing your experience. Our office does close at 11pm, but there is always an overnight attendant to assist our late travelers. Our after hours sign is always posted on our door in addition to an after hours telephone next to the office. This place is just above a flop house! Room was not ready. Repairman left the place dirty. No houskeeping. Trash everywhere. The room smelled stale. Never again!

Ok when no other choices Our room was not clean; carpet had not been vacuumed and had coins and bits of paper, etc in several places. Office staff was told about this but just shrugged. There was a sign which said the office would deliver dishes to your room upon request, but no one ever brought them. Trash was piled up high every day in a location which you had to walk right by in order to get to the stairs.

Disgrace! Hotel was terrible, first two rooms I was sent to were not clean. Then the third room I was given stunk of smoke. Then when going to brush my teeth I noticed the sink was full of water and ash. Smoke detector was screwed off. Obviously someone was smoking. I asked reception to come and clean the sink and they told me 20 minutes! Disgrace of a place and I will never stay there again.

You feel the need to shower as soon as u walk into the room.. the A.C. was awful and didn't cool the room off.. the bathroom was really gross. I put down toilet paper before using the toilet.. burnt marks everywhere.. on counters,bath tub and on toilet seat.. as well as the table and end table.. the dark colored chair sitting in front of table in the room was covered/stained in something white.. Concerned about the franchise, not just the hotel I would not stay here again, and in fact it gave me pause to ever stay at an Extended Stay America hotel again in the future. The stairway area on this Saturday night check-in still had all of Friday night's trash stacked in its trash cans, with soda and milk spilled onto the walkways and down the steps. Totally gross.
