The worst hotel in my life I arrive late night, I go to my room open the door and the bed was open from the last guest and the room dirty , they give me and smoking room and I reserve no smoking , next day I came after work all day and also the room was unclean and the bed open , I move at 11:00 pm to the confort inn

Good but bad Unprofessional. Available rooms online are not available aftwr being booked. They say the rooms are dirty. Well clean them. Don't sell what you don't have and if you make a mistake own up to it and make the customer happy. This place has been pretty sorry except they do help promptly when card is lost. Poor lighting and postion for tv on desk. Door knob broke and obvious past brake in cause loss of security

Very Bad Quality of Blankets was extremely poor. It was paper thin and the room was cold. It was dusty and dirty. Quality of people were bad. There was domestic violence and at the end the police were there.

Not a recommended place to stay. Bed blanket and comforter was so thin it was very cold. Dust on the top of the towel rack it was no cleaned for months. Bad domestic violence in other room. Level of people working and patronizing was not a good experience. Refrigerator door was kicked in so the seal was not good therefore the freezer was thick with ice and could not pull out ice tray.

Pessima hospedagem Pessima experiência. Pensei em desistir na primeira noite ao perceber cheiro de cigarro em quarto nao fumante, limpeza muito ruim, frequência esquisita. Acabei ficando e acordei no segundo dia e me deparei com diversas baratas... Sai o mais cedo possivel e ainda bem que tinha reservado outro hotel para os dias seguintes

No amenities in room, no hair dryer, room was not cleaned at all during our stay. Very noisy location. Our door did not close unless you slammed it shut.
