It had roaches and the sink leaked all over other than that it was ok

What makes the difference? People who care. My stay was ok, shower cold all the time. Kitchen sink water way to hot. Shower bottom very dirty. Roaches all over the kitchen floor,counter, the outside floors dirty trash set out in the cans on the ground for days building up. The TV. Shut down and be out for a while the remote doesn't work properly. I think it is a nice place good location. It would be a plus for it to have a ice machines down by the evaluator door.
