A better price than most in the area for the cost Was a good price for the area, provided the essentials, was clean and functional. Only negative observation was some small bugs found more than once or twice, indicating a need for more pest control.

Nice hotel. I was expecting less nice for the price but was pleasantly suprised with the 2 rooms i had.

NSP tour. Cheap room for a houston trip. Good hotel and sleeping conditions.

Confortable rooms, location is okay, staff not very friendly.

Average but cockroach issue was bad. This place has taken a turn for the worst. I lived here for two years 2010 thru 2012 Monday - Friday on a long contract enagagment and the place couldn't be beat. Fast forward till now. No monthly special rate, cockroaches everywhere, not even an ice machine, and worst of all corporate policy has replaced any sign of customer service. I needed to extend my stay, but only had cash on me, they wouldn't take cash, gave some lame excuse, but then proceeded to prod me every

Cat or dog hair in the carpet! It was all over one of the chairs in my room. I booked my room for 3 days. My carpet hadn't been vacuumed, no ironing board in my room. I called the front desk and the young lady i spoke with was very nice and apologetic about the carpet. Housekeeping vacuumed my room the same day. The location of room was great. Cleanliness of room not so great!
