The Manager & Staff are very helpful, kind, and approachable. Check in was fast and easy. The Housekeeping supervisor always asked if I needed anything on daily basis. Next time I'm in Houston I plan on staying here. They earned my repeat business.

Close to food and public transportation. The price is good to.Staff is kind and very helpful also

Neighborhood was sketchy, people were sketchy. Room was decent. Comforter had stains. Would not stay here again.

worst custumer service Really bad custumer service front desk personel not wearing shoes (on socks) night shift personel not helpfull hang up the phone on me.. very bad after me spending $500 on 8 rooms.. very bad
