Do NOT stay at this hotel! In Houston, Texas for a short vacation, found this hotel through Expedia for an average price which advertised a FREE breakfast included. The location of hotel was next to a convenient store that allowed what appeared to be illegal transactions/criminal activity. The foul odor at the hotel entrance/lobby area, room's dirty bathroom-tub, horrible or lack of housekeeping service and the worst definition of a breakfast are just a couple of reasons I will never patronize another Extended Stay in ANY st... read more

Horrible The after-hours receptionist was awful!. She was rude and accommodated me and my friend from one terrible room to the next. One room smelled like fish while another room smelled like a locker room full of onions. She issued us some frebreeze and told me to return it. It was not until the next day we were moved by the manager (keep in mind this is at 1:30 am). Old furniture and rude grueling security barely allowed us to check-in. Not so good didn't have the pots and pans along with the other essentials that was promised on fleek in the room. Had to wait an hour at 8pm for one pot. On the other hand the a.m guest services attendant was very helpful

DO NOT EVER COME HERE This was the worst experience ever, front staff was extremely rude, corporate people are rude, management is non existent! I will never stay here again!

Stay Away!!! The front desk person read my room number out lood when I checked in January 7th. That's a security breach. I had to interrupt her later when she almost repeated it aloud for the second time. She smirked and said " I wasn't going to do that again." The booking site didn't mention the $25 deposit this location requires for all check -ins. So despite having prepaid for one night I had to leave the deposit which will take several days to be refunded. Other ESA locations don't require this. The room was adequate ... read more

Staff is intrusive and management is rude Nothing much to say . The chrck us very early unlike most places . Staff will come two mins 2 11 to beat on the door to ask if you if you are checking out . The water is out in the mornings .the noise level is hortible

The first room that we were given wasn't even cleaned, the second room smelled like nothing but cigarettes. I didn't like it, it was very uncomfortable.

Convenience. Arrived at the hotel, front desk asks for credit card after we paid online, stating that Expedia pays them, but a card was needed anyway. First room, fridge was broken, room had a loud smell. Sprayed Lysol, left and came back, room still smelled taint. Second room, cigarette burns on covers, n sheets. Beds were very uncomfortable. Even though the price was reasonable, the hotel was terrible. Will not be booking thru Expedia again.

Its ok I guess? Room is very plain..nothing special. Old bed, old furniture. Area isnt so nice, gas station ten steps away is packed with beggers and drunks. There is no pool snd no exercise room. For a discount its not bad but if you pay more then $55 dont bother
