Stayed for 5 nights, had to go each day to front desk with towels I used to get clean ones. My room was not cleaned by housekeeping during my stay.

This is a general comment for Extended Stay America. I tend to choose this chain when traveling with my pets. They are clean, efficient and reasonably priced. Every time I stay, even without pets, I ask for the ground floor. I am ALWAYS told there are no availabilities on the ground floor. It never fails that, even at 2 and 3 in the morning, I see empty rooms on the ground floor. This last visit I let them know I recently had foot surgery and NEED a ground floor. NOPE! I like how clean the room was and what did not like is there was not cookware nor spoons and forks to eat with, but still I enjoyed my stay here.
