Paul was great. Rooms all have smoke smell. Claim to be smoke free. Could not sleep due to smell.

The rooms smell like cooking. The elevator is very slow. The breakfast supplies are pathetically limited.

Felt very akward when checking in. The man was either new or just overwhelmed. The room was obviously not dusted. No extra toilet paper. Cigarette butts all in the hallway. Place has gone way down from when we stayed 2 years ago. I've machine broke.

Was scheduled to check in on Monday. Flight was delayed and then cancelled. I called the property and I was assured that they would save my room. I was willing to pay for the night that I did not stay. I just wanted a hotel room waiting for me when I was able to get there on Tuesday. Not Clean, Very Rundown & Unorganized! To begin with, we were sent to an already occupied room... That concerned me. The hostess at the desk was very nice and welcoming - but the hotel did not seem to know what rooms were occupied and what rooms were not. How can that be? Then - our room was definitely NOT clean: trash on the floor beside the beds, dirty & musty carpet, dead bugs in the corners and a live one in the shower... and no clean towels brought after the first night.
