DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I stayed at this hotel for a volleyball tournament with my son who had a broken ankle and was on a kneeling scooter. When I walked into the hotel, the whole place wreaked of smoke (despite several "no smoking" signs). Mixed Experience for a One-Night Stay We stayed at this hotel for just one night, and while it had its good points, a few issues stood out. The room was decently clean, which we appreciated, and the shower had plenty of hot water—always a plus after a long day. I checked in and they gave me a room on the 3rd floor. Went to the room and it was dirty- food garbage, bed unmade, towels on the bathroom floor. Went to change rooms but staff was not surprised in the complaint. Second room had one bath towel one hand towel- no wash cloth or bath mat. Only one pillow with a dirty pillowcase for 2 beds. Toilet seat was also broken. Elevator in disrepair. Staff had to run up to the other floors to unstick the elevator. There were no blankets on the bed when we checked in and one pillow per double bed. For a room with 4 people, we had 1 towel and when we asked about it, front desk told us "sorry, we're low on supplies" the floor in our room was sticky and dirty.

I ended booking a different place the place look dirty on the outside and there was nobody at the frond desk for 15minutwes we did not like the area so we decided to book a different place

Immediately upon stepping in the elevator I noticed how unclean it was. The hallway was unclean. There were dirty towels stacked in the hallway outside of the housekeeping door. The refrigerator in the room did not work and ruined gallons of milk that I had bought for my children. There were no towels or soap in the room. The walls and doors were dirty. And I had to dust off the bedding because there were flecks of something on the blankets. I'll never stay at this location again.
