Money just gone Before I came from Detroit, I called and asked if there was a credit card needed to put on file for a deposit. I was told no from the one 800 number I get there and they tell me that I have to have a credit card with $100 deposit. I don’t use credit cards. That’s why I called and asked. I ended up sleeping in my car until my job interview in the morning very disappointed lost my money and these big companies just don’t care what they take.

The girl at the front desk was very nice, but upon arrival we were given keys to a room that was already occupied. Thankfully I noticed that the tv in the room was playing before I opened the door. We went back to the service desk and the girl apologized profusely and gave us a new set of keys. This new room was absolutely filthy. The carpet was coated in food and gummy residue. Bad No ice machine, no wine opener, nothing in the “kitchen”, stiff pillows, hard mattress, dirty carpet, cheap bedding, extremely dated bathroom/ room, leaking shower head, unfriendly/unhelpful staff

Don't stay here if you don't have to The hotel room conditions were deplorable. It smelled awful, its a non smoking hotel but the room reaked of smoke. The TV didn't work. The front desk clerk was great bjt other than that the place waa awful

Hotel was nasty sinks were stopped up floor and bed was dirty. Not in good condition roof was missing Panels. Really nasty

What did I expect? The property was in disrepair, the floor was not vacuumed, the countertops and windowsills weren’t cleaned. One of the windows was broken and the smoke detector was missing. Our room had no toilet paper and when we asked for some, we were told some would be brought up which never happened. I get it, this is a budget hotel but this was beyond anything I’ve experienced at a hotel.
