First room they assigned me had a busted TV screen. 2nd room was still being cleaned at 5:45 pm Lot of dope heads lurking around with very heavy MJ smell .

There is nothing to like about this place. "here is your room 210" we go to the room and the door is open and Door dash food on the counter and bed sheets were freshly slept in. "Ok, here is room 203" we go to the room and the shower knob is missing, I can't make this up. "Ok, here is room 205" we go to the room and the window is stuck open and 95° outside. We should have left, but it was late and a stuck open window is clearly better then wondering if a person is hiding in the closet in 210. Never will you see us at this ho... read more

Id like a refund I couldn't shower it was disgusting there were no blankets on the bed and there was food crumbs on the bed.

The staff aren't on the same page. One Will charge you one price and another will charge you another price. They never have clean folded towels and had I not already paid and moved my stuff in I would have left already at just over $500 a week they should at least make sure I have clean towels. I don't even care if they're folded. Then the coffee they offer in the morning is almost straight water. You can see through it to the bottom of the cup. I figured at $500 a week for one room they could at least make coffee correctly!... read more

Sooooo disappointed No grab and go breakfast items were available except for oatmeal, the smell of marijuana halfway through the hallway, the smell of a dead rodent at the end of the hallway, the sink drain in the kitchenette is disgusting, other people who were checking in were waiting for long periods for rooms to be cleaned, I had to get my keys re-swiped every day, there were footprints and dust on the laminate flooring, disgusting stained sheets, no cover on the boxspring, trash piled up outside the side door, the side ... read more

Property was not well maintained. First room had mold growing on the chair and nightstand. Second room had stained, torn pillowcases and beat up furniture, filthy, ratty carpet. Half the lights in the room didn’t work and the refrigerator was running very loud. Hotel had a strange odor, elevator was dirty, and the trash room was full.
