Room smelled like straight cigarettes and I haven’t gotten deposit back and didn’t even stay until check out

When I came to the building there was a guy laying on the ground and would not get up. When I finally got to my room it would not open and had to get a new room but the room that would not open smelled like cigarettes even though it was suppose to be a smoke free room.

The room was completely run down and dirty. The bathtub had pink mildew build up in it. The counter around the stove was falling apart. And all furniture was completely beat up and run down. All staff I delt with was incredibly nice but I won't stay due to the condition of the hotel.

The room I got was dirty ,took pictures of the bed wasn't made it looked like someone took a shower left towels on the floor ..the manager Denise fad such a bad attitude towards me . I was informed that I couldn't stay any longer because I paid late everyday informed her that I have a regular job plus I door dash to get extra money, in which I was paying for my room with on a nightly basis. She didn't want to hear me out. She just said you can leave voluntary or she will call the cops saying I was trespassing....so I gather ... read more

Absolute horror! The only reason I am giving this hotel one star is because the front desk girl she is absolutely the very nicest and the only reason why I continue to stay for the night. There is people in the hallway sitting outside in front of doors. Is very uncomfortable to come out in the hallway for any reason and when you do, you should run because the people who typically are in the hallway are scary. terrible hotel would not recommend to anyone, smells, dirty, mold on the walls, blood on the wall, stains on the carpet in the room, staff was not friendly all around horrible experience there was a hole in the ceiling with all the electrical wires showing , we were there for maybe 2 hrs and found another hotel to stay in and was not refunded our complete charges, which considering the circumstances we should of been refunded our full charges all around terrible
