The room was visible dirty and damaged when we entered. Trash on the floor and in the trashcans, the smoke detector dangling from the ceiling, and phone didn't work. The kitchen area had no dishes, pots, pans, no coffee maker, no toaster, etc. There was a placard saying to ask at the front desk for items, which we did, but all they had was 2 bowls, 2 forks, 2 spoons and 2 plates. Terrible check-in experience. We were never able to make our stay. We were repeatedly told that we could not check in because the room was not ready all the way up to 9:30 in the evening. We were told all the cleaning staff had quit and we could continue to wait for our room. There was a big convention in town and there were almost no other rooms. We eventually found a place out of town at 10PM.

Only stay here if you’re desperate The pictures are deceiving. This place is so outdated, smells bad in both the room and common area, the “grab and go breakfast” was literally just coffee and if you asked the attendant for a bowl you could make oatmeal (that’s not grab and go) and there is no seating if you do want to make oatmeal). My room had someone’s half used bar of soap in it. There are no restaurants within walking distance.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Door keys stopped working after opening the door twice (got new keys four times). Telephone didn't work. Staff never rectified any issues and after I asked the next day they said most of the rooms had same problem. Thin sheets- no comforter or blanket. Housekeeping never came any day during my three night stay. Elevator was old and had no service tag. Free breakfast was just weak coffee and nutrigrain bars (and oatmeal packets). Only good thing was it is cheap

Just Don’t Do It! First off, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Just don’t do it. The room was a wreck. The hot water ran out of the spigot continuously, a light, steady stream, it made the bathroom feel like a sauna. The smoke alarm kept chirping, and I had to remove the battery. The carpet was a complete disaster, full of stains, and the toilet seat was loose to the point I could not tighten it up. Not clean!!! Had to leave. With the price being as low as it was I did expect a basic outdated room. My expectations were not very high. However it’s just plain gross and ghetto. The first room we were given had stains and bug remnants on the bedding and a bath faucet with a steady drizzle and multiple stains in the unclean looking carpet.
