Hotel confusion The hotel in general was clean although the continental breakfast could have been better attended. The only thing that really bothered me was that Wednesday afternoon I received a call from the hotel letting me know that hotels.com had oversold the double rooms and they had to move us to another location 3 minutes away from this property. Bad Service and Disgusting Rooms The rooms were dirty when we arrived and the employee at check-in was incredibly rude. We had an emergency with one of our travelers and they were unable to come on the trip. We still paid for the room, but they would not let us check into until a day later.

Will stay again rented a room for one night when the WGU graduation ceremony was in town. Check in was smooth and routine. I noticed that after checking in a sign saying that no more rooms were available was put up (there were other functions in town that weekend). The gadgets in the room were useless, as they didn't work. The movies guide that was printed was outdated. Overall good experience as in nothing bad. Did not try the breakfast, the internet was very slow.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. However, the hotel description indicates breakfast is offered and coffee with hot water and instant oatmeal packets should not be classified as breakfast.
