Too many issues for one stay 1) no responses to multiple messages sent on Expedia asking Qs about airport shuttle 2) no way to call hotel front desk / did not pick up from international phone - apparantly it worked for us phones 3) no airport shuttle despite proximity to airport and some incorrect mention on various 3rd party websites 4) no breakfast (only pot coffee) despite advertising about breakfast included. Very filthy. Bed linens were stained badly. The floor was filthy. The sofa bed was broken. The curtains were falling out of the tracks. There was people food, dog food, dog hair, and someone’s sock under the sofa. Both air vents were nasty. One was full of organic matter (twigs, leaves, peanut shells, or something like this). The other had mold. There was permanent marker scribble all over one of the vent sills. And one of the bed sheets had permanent marker on them. Were the sheets even changed? Bathtub looked like a lion tore up the shower. Door leading into bed area was falling apart. The remote for living room was trashed didn’t work

Need to do better ! The rooms were dirty The building itself was dirty ! My room door wouldn’t shut normally I had to lift the door up to close it , the outlets weren’t working , and it’s false advertising “ complimentary breakfast “ It was not a breakfast at all !!!! Will not return or rebook with them !

When I checked in and went to the room, it wasn't the one I requested, and it smelled like cigarettes. They told me they didn't have the room for me, so I had to go to another hotel.

Missing everything So rhere was a full kitchenette except there were not any dishes or anything in the room. There wasnt even a trash can in the room except for the small one in the bathroom. There wasnt a hairdryer, even though I myself dont use or need one. The so called breakfast was only prepackaged miffins and granolabars bought from the store so basically no breakfast even though it says they have a breakfast. Unclean, Unsafe , smells like Farts! Filthy rooms and zero ucks given . Staff never apologized . We left after the 2nd room we were given was filthy and had electrical issues , not safe and the place smelled like a box of farts.

The tv was broken in the upper corner distorting the picture, if there would have been one. The remote didnt got with the tv and the cable connection was not connected. The latch wouldn’t lock to secure the room and the shower wasn’t in the best condition.
