This location should be removed from Expedia's website. The rooms need to be renovated, there was a stench of drugs and stale cigarette smoke. The fixtures and bathtub are peeling along damage to the bathroom door. We also found human hair on the bed pillows and linings. I took pictures, so feel free to reach out to me for evidence of these issues.

DISGUSTING WITH MOUSE POOP ON THE MATTRES!!!! Horrible. Don't do it. Got there and had to wait for the lady at the front desk to finish watching her movie to even be acknowledged. Then she spent the entire interaction telling us how she starts such a better job for $15k more in 2 weeks and just doesn't care. Cool. Get checked in and head to the room, which we had booked for 4 people. No. The two receptionists we spoke to were very kind, however both rooms we were assigned to were awful. This is supposed to be a non smoking hotel and the first room we were assigned to on the first floor smelled so badly like cigarettes that we had to ask for an immediate room change. Our daughter has asthma but even if she didn’t, the smell was so overwhelming that when you walked in, it felt like a huge cloud of cigarette smoke was pushed in your face. I had a reservation for 2 days but only stayed for 1 night since we found a mouse in our room. My family did not want to stay for a 2nd night since they were traumatized by the mouse.

Water was coming from the ceiling and fell all over the bed my head and flooded the room..I was only staying there because it was convenient because my son was laying in the hospital fighting for his life I was moved room to room and cried every f day

lack of services i was very displeased that we had no sofa bed as promised and the freezer was burned and mold in it. no breakfast on first day.
