The staff that did what they could do to better the stay but issues made it hard.

Would not stay again Water pressure so low that shower didn’t start. Could not take a shower before an important meeting the next day.

Not a nice place. To pull out sofa was broken and while my daughters were laying on it the bed folded back into the couch. That was extremely dangerous! They're supposed to provide breakfast but they didn't even have coffee available! When I first arrived they told me that they had overbooked and I didn't have a room. I was about to leave when they found me a room. I wish I would have left. I stayed there before about 2 years ago and this place is gone way way down!

This property was terrible. Rooms were not at all like the pictures. The room smelled like 12 dogs and a smoker lived there. We went to turn the heat on and not even thirty seconds later the room smelled like something was burning and the smoke alarm went off so no heat. Pillow cases and furniture had stains all over them. I would never stay here again.

Worst experience ever! Went to check in early after calling and was told we could check in an hour early over the phone. We got tot he place and they wanted to charge us 100.00 for an early check in. The place was so dirty and smelled of weed. So many homeless people sleeping outside the doors. The check in lady had dirty clothes on and was rude. I’m very disappointed. I have a headache all the time I was there. Room so dirty . The whole room stinks from smoking. No towels for 5 people . I can keep going how sad was.
