This property was terrible. Rooms were not at all like the pictures. The room smelled like 12 dogs and a smoker lived there. We went to turn the heat on and not even thirty seconds later the room smelled like something was burning and the smoke alarm went off so no heat. Pillow cases and furniture had stains all over them. I would never stay here again.

Worst experience ever! Went to check in early after calling and was told we could check in an hour early over the phone. We got tot he place and they wanted to charge us 100.00 for an early check in. The place was so dirty and smelled of weed. So many homeless people sleeping outside the doors. The check in lady had dirty clothes on and was rude. I’m very disappointed. I have a headache all the time I was there. Room so dirty . The whole room stinks from smoking. No towels for 5 people . I can keep going how sad was.

They didn't have breakfast or coffee, and we didn't find out until the morning. They should have informed us at check in. Bed was uncomfortable. Zero sound proofing in walls and a half inch gap at bottom of the door, so we heard people in the hallway all night long. No remote for the TV.

They dont use ice anymore, no breakfast because the truck didnt come, fire alarm goes off when taking a shower, homeless man slept outside our window, dirty couch bed, tv didnt work. No toilet paper, not enough towels. Room smelled like weed,the kitchen had no kitchen stuff to cook with etc.

The suite was dirty, smelled like smoke, and had various bugs throughout it. I called around 8pm since we were arriving later than we expected, even though Expedia said we had to check in by midnight. I was informed they didn’t have the kind of room I had reserved. I was upset by it but was assured that they would have a room available for us. We got there at 11:15pm. Check in required all 18 yr olds and above to give ID. It was a tedious process. It seems to have turned into an apartment complex. Reaked of pot going in and out. Musty smell in hallways. People partied all night in parking lot with loud music and smoking pot. The people upstairs apparently didn't sleep as we heard them running around all night above us. People living two doors down did alot of arguing. Will NOT recommend to anyone and will NOT go back.

Someone had used the toilet and not flushed when they left so when we checked in there was urine in the toilet. The floor looked like it hadnt been swept. When we went to check in the only person on duty was outside smoking and finally came in to check us in. The hall smelled like pet urine and not a pleasant smell Not a hotel that I would ever book again. There was no continental breakfast, only coffee. Not a 4 star hotel, maybe 2 stars. Worked in a pinch when we were exhausted but just dont.
