Very unpleasant checkout out almost immediately. Room floor was dirty asked to be switched rooms was advised no other one available. When opening pull out bed had many crumbs, pill and dirty.

Literally like a crack house. No towels, no blanket, heater broken, stained sheets, no kitchen or cooking equipment at all, furniture broken, hard spring bed, bad pillows.

The room was extremely dirty, with toilet water leaking from beneath the toilet and seeping up through the tiles onto the floor whenever the toilet was flushed. The hallway on the third floor constantly smelled unpleasant, like someone was cooking something disgusting. Unfortunately, we had to stay because all nearby accommodations were fully booked due to events in town. On our third night, the situation worsened. The staff that did what they could do to better the stay but issues made it hard.

Would not stay again Water pressure so low that shower didn’t start. Could not take a shower before an important meeting the next day.

Not a nice place. To pull out sofa was broken and while my daughters were laying on it the bed folded back into the couch. That was extremely dangerous! They're supposed to provide breakfast but they didn't even have coffee available! When I first arrived they told me that they had overbooked and I didn't have a room. I was about to leave when they found me a room. I wish I would have left. I stayed there before about 2 years ago and this place is gone way way down!
