Roach infested It was nasty and they had roaches!!! Disgusting don’t come here

I would not recommend this hotel. When we arrived, I asked if there was a printer that we could use to print something out. The staff was contradicting with one saying I could only to have the other to say no right afterwards. The room itself was something to be desired. The mattress was hard, there was only a sheet and thin cover, like a second sheet, over that. The heat did not work and it was a cold night that night. Good space in room. No linen available, I had to sweep and mop my floor before i could bring in my person items for the night. The building rooms and linen was full of cigarette smoke. We were told that the people who get caught smoking has been charged a fee but the incoming guest has no compensation nor way to become satisfied due to the others being charge we non smokers with kids still have to pay full price.

The staff was the shining point for this place as they were pleasant. The common areas reeked heavily of what could only be described as skunk-weed. We found a vial of cbd oil, a canister of metamucil, receipts and a 7” serrated dual edge knife in the cabinets when we were looking for utensils on Saturday morning. Btw no utensils, dishes, pots or pans. Light over bathroom sink was out and no one available to correct until Monday (arrvd Friday night) making it hard for my daughter to put her contacts in and fix her hair. The ... read more

This place is awful! It smells like cigarette smoke through the whole hotel including the rooms. The water tastes like ditch water. There are no dishes or utensils or cooking supplies in the kitchen. The tv was analog with a fuzzy picture. The sofa bed had stains all over the back of it. Someone else’s leftover food was in the kitchen. The vinyl floors are sticky when you walk on them. The location sucks. I never complain but this place is over the top bad!

No room service in the morning, saw 2 roaches in kitchen an whole floor smelled of marijuana. Told front desk nothing happened.

The only good thing about the properly was the girl who checked us in. She went above and beyond to help find us a clean room
