The staff was not helpful and placed one of my staff members in a occupied room or a room that had not been serviced

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very outdated, not cleaned well and hideabed was broken (cot was provided). We got two rooms and one smelled bad (strong odor from cooking???)

Bed bugs!!! This damn place has them and the rooms are dirty well at least the ones I was in. I was in 114 first and that's when I saw a bed bug crawling on my sheets so the girl named Destiny was nice and moved me to 108 but it was just as bad. Dirty, hair all on the shower walls, I didn't bother complaining I just can't stay there ever again. Left a message for the general manager Adam. He probably doesn't care

Hotel it self not to clean entrance not appealing my Room it’s self bathroom sink was clogged
