Do not stay here Do not stay here , especially with children. This “extended stay” hotel is more if a halfway house. It was dirty, the desk clerk was making out with her boyfriend in the common room, the first room they gave us was filthy....literally did not even walk in...tomato sauce everywhere even an onion on the floor?

Ok not great It couldve been cleaner and there were junkies hanging around

This is definitely one of the "you get what you pay for" experiences. The place is very basic, and exceptionally noisy. You will hear every door open and slam shut on your floor. You will hear people talking through the walls. You will hear the alarm clocks go off at rooms next to yours. The front desk staff was kind upon check-in but there was no one there at check out. The room smelled of stale cigarette smoke and the bathroom still had someone else’s hair all over the place, not to mention the bathroom sink was clogged. The staff were nice, but seemed unsurprised when I told them about the room being dirty.

The most Drugs Dangeorus Dirty hotel ever I stay in ESA all the time traveling for work with Renewal by Andersen. I also used to work for ESA so I understand their policies. I have never experienced this anywhere else but this facility was a nightmare. From the beginning to end it got worst. When I first checked in the room was extremely dirty with bugs, mold, human nails hair etc. The unprofessional assistant manager Cait was ghetto on her phone not explaining anything or doing her job. The staff was super rude! The place smelled like cigarette smoke and fried food! Didnt even make to the room because they lost our reservation. So much to say, horrible horrible place and service.

Not the best hotel Hotel room was not clean. Towels were dirty, tv was broken, fridge door was broke, sink filled up with water and didn't drain. Also hotel was EXTREMELY noisy.
