Not happy They canceled my reservation and would not let me check in but still charged me !

1st time. Phone in room but if u called it rang til a central office picked up, 2nd time no phone in room. Ran out of hot water. Outside door slams shut all thru the night. No alarm clock, un-uniformed housekeeper walked in without knocking at 130 am saying she was told to strip our room. No staff at desk thru the night with front doors unlocked. Didn't feel safe

No service Couldn’t get checked in And still haven’t got refunded

I liked that my dog could stay with us. I did not like the odor of the room, that they had no pot for hot water or coffee maker available, the smoke detector was missing, and there was no oven and the two burners were slow to heat up. Also, there was dog poop everywhere outside and an empty dog poop bag dispenser.
