My rooms heater only blew cold air and it reached freezing temps over night.

When I checked into my room the room was not cleaned. Unmade, slept in bed and dirty room. They moved me to a different room and when I got to the new room there was a do not disturb sign on the door. I knocked and someone was already in the room I was moved to. I was moved to a third room and it was very spacious but seemed dirty. The staff was friendly enough but the hotel seemed dirty and unsafe. The price was fair.

The staff were extremely unprofessional. A guest was complaining about the people above him- they were jumping up & down to the point a light fell in their bathroom. He just wanted to get some sleep. As he walked away, the staff laughed and started talking about him. The person that helped me was fine, but the two others were just not professional. Dirty, broken down, bugs Staff was unprofessional eating while talking to me dressed in t shirts sandals. Asked for pillows several times was told there wasn’t enough. Asked for toothbrush plastic silverware was told out. Breakfast area so dirty floor, floor cabinets, inside cabinets. My room phone broke, light socket broke, dresser broken. Don't stay here It was extremely dirty, as if no one had vacuum, A/C barely worked and the room was extremely hot when we walked in. Had to wait so long to for someone to check us in. We specified there were 4 of us staying, not enough towels for all of us.... It was horrible. There was even buggers on the walls.
