We arrived at 01:00 (am). Phone outside of lobby rang at the unmanned desk. It finally transferred to the reservation center. They called the same unmanned desk. A guest came in with food and let me tail into the lobby (ie no security). After talking with reservation center 3 times another guest came in and found her room key was not working. Excruciating stay I only stayed two days the place stunk terribly and not just the room the whole entire Hotel seems like everyone there had pets mainly dogs barking constantly they were having barbecues out in the parking lot constant loud music and overall I would never stay there again and I also felt pretty unsafe. What use to be a nice hotel is not anymore. Not very clean. The tiles were falling off the wall in the bathroom the carpet had holes in it. Not happy at all!!!!
