Not happy!! We arrived at the hotel and they did not have the room that we reserved. When we attempted to refund the reservation (was created less than half hour prior) it was not honored. Super upset!!

Facilities run down, had to switch rooms as first one outlets and TV did not work, smoke detector was missing and shower was rough.

Not satisfied The room was decent, however there were not cookware as stated. There weren't any extra towels We had to go down to turn our dirty towels in to get fresh towels. We had to take them down. Then we were told it would be a couple of hrs. It ended up being over 12 hours. They were to bring them up to our room but that did not happen. Took 2 days to get a shower curtain. Floor and carpet sticky. Gum stuck on the floors. No garbage cans at all. Key cards did not work after one day. Had to keep resetting every day. Overall, pretty bad experience. We have stayed at extender stay America before and it was great.

Rude This hotel is a joke! The people that work at the hotel live at the hotel. Now don't get me wrong that's fine but, what's not fine is how they sit at the front door for the hotel smoking weed and drinking. On top of that, the hotel had roaches. When I told the guy at the desk he gives me roaches spray and a card for the hotel to call to put in a complaint. After all this, they charged me twice.

No blanket for the bed. Sticky tile floors. A TV that didn’t pivot for viewing. A bullet hole in the window. A dryer that didn’t dry. Only one working washing machine. No breakfast. No quarters for the washer or dryer. A broken sofa sleeper.
