Stay away Absolute nightmare!!!!!! Stay away if you value a clean room and customer service. I was given an unlearned room and was told they didn't have any other available. The explication I was given was someone marked the rooms clean when they were not. I had to make a new reservation and was told I couldn't have a refund from the hotel because I was given a room. Hotels.com is helping with a coupon to cover for the hotel's mistake which is admirable.

I never stayed at the property, they take your money when u want to cancel a reservation. You cancel before policy and stll get screwed -10 experience.

Cockroaches! How do you feel about cockroaches? No, not the staff, they act like you are the cockroach! I'm talking about the insect. So many of them they come out with the lights on! How do you feel about rude staff members? How do you feel about managers that promise some reimbursement for the inconvenience of COCKROACHES in the room and then don't follow through? They didn’t have any breakfast such as muffins or any grab and go breakfast other then oatmeal,

Had to wait 30 minutes before check-in person shows up. No one was at front desk at 5pm (evening).

Worst hotel ever The hotel service was pathetic. There were no maids to clean hotel rooms. Hotel room check in was 3pm but when we reached there at 5pm, hotel manager was not ready to check in us and made our entire family to wait till 9:20 pm. There are also at least 7 more families waiting for check in. The reason gave by manager was “ rooms were not cleaned” and there is no maid available for entire hotel. Not the most organized Multiple rooms were assigned to guests that were occupied. The poor girl that started her shift at 3 had no idea what the girl before her had done. She was very apologetic and helpful but it was a huge mess. We had to wait 2 hours for our second room as housekeeping had no idea what rooms were empty pr occupied. The front desk clerk had to help clean rooms to get people in.
