Disgusting I arrived with my family July 14th and waited to be checked in. The lady working the desk was occupied and speaking so loudly about her lunch order. Once she came to help me she was very rude and talking to everyone at work except me. I also asked for linens for my sofa bed but was told they were being washed and would be delivered in a few hours. We dropped our bags off and left for a long evening with family we drove to see. No ice machines, breakfast was packaged oatmeal and muffin packages and only coffee. Didn’t stay long enough to comment on the pool. Taking a shower felt like standing on 2 skateboarding ramps very uncomfortable. The small kitchen came equipped with nothing

Checking in was horrible, I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to show up to check me in. My room didn’t have dishes, the refrigerator was gross and dirty. The manager was nice and tried to make things better but I’ll never stay at that location again!!

It was the dirtiest hotel I have stayed in. It had a moldy smell in the room, the bed sheets and blanket were damp from moisture. Window was broken and when I notified front desk they said they knew about it but to “try to stay away from it. I also had two children in the room😬 clearly it had been painted, dropping all over the ground and the bathrooms and elevators had cheap flooring that was disgusting. So glad I didn’t book more than a night. Will never stay at one of these again.

I didn’t like that they only had one staff member in the entire hotel who was rude and didn’t have a solution to not having a room for us.

The breakfast is terrible!!! It’s tiny prepackaged dry muffins!!!! I had to go spend even more money on breakfast for the kids and all they had to drink was coffee so the kids couldn’t have a drink with the dry muffins!! And carribean cove isn’t even there!!! It’s been tore down so it’s not within waking distance and there were dirty socks and underwear in our room and old food in the refrigerator
