I needed to conduct an online meeting with my team members, so I was looking for a quite conference room. I was told I would have to be charged $140.00. I was truly disappointed when at first an employee at the front desk stated they did not have one, which was untrue. This location uses room 334 as a conference room.for guest.

Hotel staff was very nice. Room was absolutely filthy and disgusting. Didn’t even unpack. We (my husband, 9 year old twins) went back downstairs and asked for a refund. Same staff person at desk, asked me to email her pictures I took of the filth to which I did. She refunded and apologized.
The most irresponsible management ive ever seen. Do not make any reservations there. My husband booked a room there ( money was charged, confirmation received). So after 12 hours driving a huge firetruck he finaly got there at 2 am. And answer was " sorry we are booked up ,we dont have reservation for you." He also met there a group of people that tooked a flight to come to the city for some convention and made their reservations a month ago .....and guess what , they were sent on the street as well. Didn't honor reservation. We booked our rooms through hotels.com, but when we arrived we were informed that the hotel was overbooked and they didn't actually have rooms for us. They offered to make reservations at another close-by Extended Stay America, but it would have been at a higher (non-hotels.com) rate. When I asked to speak to a manager about getting a discount, he authorized us to receive vouchers for free future stays, but we declined and stayed at a different hotel.
Don’t be fooled by the photos The whole place smell like marijuana. Seems like there might be some human trafficking going on there. A lot of people are going in and out of the back doors looks like drug deals are happening in the back parking lot.

Check in was difficult because reserved room was not available. No carts were available the entire stay. We had to make several trips and carry bags a long way. WiFi would not connect because of employee data entry mistake.
