I didn’t like that they only had one staff member in the entire hotel who was rude and didn’t have a solution to not having a room for us.

The breakfast is terrible!!! It’s tiny prepackaged dry muffins!!!! I had to go spend even more money on breakfast for the kids and all they had to drink was coffee so the kids couldn’t have a drink with the dry muffins!! And carribean cove isn’t even there!!! It’s been tore down so it’s not within waking distance and there were dirty socks and underwear in our room and old food in the refrigerator

Stairwells stunk like gas, I found their lawn mower gas cans stored under the stairs. We had 5 people in our room and the staff only would give us 2 towels. They had no more blankets so they gave us extra quilts that are not soft. Breakfast area had floor swept into piles but was just left sitting on floor.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! This hotel is filthy. I've never taken the time to write a review before my experience at Extended Stay. Elevator was dirty, hair in the bed, bathroom shower had mold and peeling paint. No response from front desk other than, "take it up with Expedia". I left without a refund on my room and paid for another hotel. It was so dirty/infested with bugs that I was fearful/uncomfortable to stay. Yuck Smelled musty and found a big that definitely looked like cockroach scurrying up the wall when I moved the toaster oven. We checked out after that...it was 6pm and we weren't supposed to be leaving until the following morning. Waiting on a reply email from the hotel manager as we speak

It was disgusting. There was water dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom and when it was told to the front desk they didn't care. Totally unacceptable.

Property is infested with roaches. There were several in my room. I left the hotel without staying.

Very unsafe. Felt like a crack house. Don't Stay The moment I drove up, I had 5 people surrounding my car. They all live there and you can tell they were cracked out on drugs. They asked me why I was there and when I leaving. Terrified I grabbed my bags and ran to my room. I was so afraid that they were going to come and harass me at my door or do some thing to my car. the pool was not filled and we could not use it. The dresser was filthy and not cleaned from previous guests. We could not use. The pull out sofa material was filthy and stained. Did not want to use it. I told the staff at check out and she was very friendly and said she would address it.
