No one was there to check us in. We had to wait and call for the attendant to arrive. She was not very friendly. The pool was empty(no water) and we were looking forward to using it.

The building was rough. The handle on the front door of the hotel was damaged and filthy. Did not make a good first impression. My room, the furniture was scruffy, beat up and cheap looking. While the room was clean, it still looked very old and in poor shape. Also, the rest room in the lobby was in very poor condition. There were no hangers in the room. I was told that was because the customers keep stealing them. I had to go to the store and buy my own hangers!

Not Good “Fitness Center” is a couple machines and no weights—it’s a joke. Pool was closed. Kitchen has very little supplies so bring your own kitchen if you stay here!

They refused to give me a receipt for my stay and refused to even tell me how much I ended up paying.!!!!

false ad Breakfast is just false advertising. Pool wasn't open (under repair). Not a single cup in room (couldn't brush teeth) bathroom faucet was constantly running.

Checked into this hotel on Indy 500 weekend. We expected the race rate (price gouge) but expected a nice experience. I thought the desk clerks referring to an elderly gentleman checking in as “that dude” was in poor taste. The elevator ride up was straight out of a horror movie as it make creaking and groaning sounds that I’m fairly sure an elevator should not be making! Well several things were not great here. The pool is closed due to not being able to pass inspection. It is brown and filthy. Check in was at three o’clock and you would think that the staff would have been prepared. They were not. Rooms had yet to be cleaned and to compensate for that they put up an away from desk sign (desk staff sat in back room/office) while the guests piled in. There was a line out the door.
