The general manager was exceptionally nice and accommodating, the other staff was new and lacked the necessary skills to resolve issues accordingly.

We only needed a place to sleep for a few hours. Front desk clerk was very nice, room was clean, it worked perfect for our needs

From room 252 Bathroom faucet broken and back stairs dirty but other than that it wsd nice

The room was nice and bed was comfortable. The room was clean but the carpet was gross and stained. I was worried because when I came in the doors were super dirty and the little room to get inside was nasty but the hotel was clean. Checkin girl seemed very unhappy to be at work and was not dressed appropriately. Liked the idea of free breakfast for the kids but there was only muffins and coffee, no milk or juice or any real breakfast food. No one was at the counter to checkout.
