The general manager was exceptionally nice and accommodating, the other staff was new and lacked the necessary skills to resolve issues accordingly.

We only needed a place to sleep for a few hours. Front desk clerk was very nice, room was clean, it worked perfect for our needs

From room 252 Bathroom faucet broken and back stairs dirty but other than that it wsd nice

No body at the desk. Just stopped for a quick nights rest on our way up north. Got there at 10pm and there was nobody at the front desk, just a handwritten note with a number to call. We called and someone came to the desk. We got checked in to our room and I wanted ice. No ice. I walked up and down the halls, no ice machine. I went to the empty front desk, no one around. I just gave up and went back to the room and had a warm drink.
