The smell keep me away I didn't stay in that hotel the room smell very bad the needed cleaning.

No soap, no bath mat, no toilet paper--no thanks. We saw the other reviews and wanted to chance it. We were surprised by the $100 required deposit that we might not see for up to 10 business days. The front desk person assured us that pets were only on the first floor, but barking dogs were also on the second floor. Mostly they were quiet, so OK. Terrible accommodations We had nothing in our room but one towel and a small pack of soap. They had nothing at the front desk not even toilet paper. We were told to search down a housekeeping cart and we might be able to find some. The first flier was closed due to construction so we were put on second floor. The floor smelled so bad of weed it was hard to breath and this was every time left or came back. The TV took over 5 minutes to load a platform. Very unpleasant experience. I reserved a room with a king sized bed on September 1st. My check in was September 3rd. When we got in they told me that they had to “upgrade” us with no extra charge because they didn’t have our room. The “upgrade” was to a room with 2 full sized beds. Please view the photos below. During this high time of covid, none of the staff wore masks, the elevator was broken fo 2 of the days I was there, the room smelled like cigarettes. When I booked it was advised a grab and go breakfast but there wasn't even any coffee, didn't have a coffee maker in the room. Just nothing like what was advertised!
