Expedia held a hotel room for me with a credit card and the hotel gave away my room before I arrived , Expedia still charged my credit card for something I didn’t even get and now they do not want to refund me. I fortunately found a place to stay that was double the cost. I recommend you NEVER use Expedia

When i got they put me in a room that was flooded and had bugs on the stove. There front desk work is very loud and sit outside and smoke right in front of the door with her outside friends until she had to check people in.

The entire complex was filthy. Upon my arrival there was trash piled up outside the building, the parking lot was full of trash, and the trash rooms in the building were overflowing. The elevators look like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks, the halls smelled like trash, and there was a giant hole in the wall in the hallway going to my room. The room itself was less than ideal. The tub was dirty/stained, there was no toilet paper holder (just holes where it used to me, the drawers were full of hair and dirt.

Run.... don’t stay here It was terrible hotel. The room was small and carpet was dirty. The hotel smell like weed everywhere you go and front desk people are rude. We stayed only 1 night and cancelled the other 2 nights. We booked at another hotel and it’s so much bigger, cleaner and cheaper.

Terrible- Photos upon request Upon arrival we had to switch rooms due to air conditioning not working - 2nd room had mold and dirt all over tiles in the bathroom and bathtub was dirty - fire alarm was hanging from the wall and bathroom door had a hole in it. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. We checked right back out and went to the Hyatt

Not real worth of money! First time staying in ESA and my experience is horrible.
