My family and I booked for a room that sleeps 6 people. When we got there, the room looked comfortable and clean until we pulled out the pull out bed. It had dirty sheets over the bed with fast food napkins stuck in it and it also had crumbs under the bed and the rest of the other furnitures. Since they bed was so filthy, we decided to remove the cover and the bed itsself was disgusting. There was no way they I was going to allow myself or my other 2 daughters sleep on it. 10 Reasons not to stay 10 reasons not to stay. 1-Upon walking In a guest complaining about dirty bedding and had pictures to show it. 2-no knob on shower spikect. Unable to take a shower. 3-no basic accessories. cheap management. 4- Mix matched Towels, requested more after 2 days, No housekeeping. 5-smoke detector missing the battery. Very poor condition. Sticky floors. Very dated furniture and appliances. The entire place smelled of marijuana (hallways, lobbies, elevators, etc.). The grounds were in poor condition. Large construction vehicles and materials out front. The front desk did not have extra sheets/blankets when requested. Called ahead to ask about a rollaway bed to be told they were not sure of availability and to check upon check-in. When checking in, was told they do not have rollaways. The General Manager was the most rude individual I have ever dealt with in my life, my self and my organization will make sure to never stay there again, dirty rooms, broken items, and the general manager never addressed the situations asked for. Will never recommend ever.

All I have to say is that they need new management, Room we're not clean drop lemonade look for napkins had none in the room got a baby wipe to clean it look at the wiped as I was cleaning my hand print was in it all black looks like they had not mop in months, ask if they can come and mop I was told they only clean the room if you stay for more then 7days, shower was leaking all night, no phone line in the room to call front desk, room next door had TV blasting till 3am ask if they can tell them to lower the TV was told not... read more

I don’t know where to start. Terrible customer service accept for 1 girl kinisha at front desk she was amazing!!!! Besides that we couldn’t even stay it wasn’t cleaned. Pillows

Bad Organization and Computer System We called for a late check-in. The key was ready for us when we showed up but would not work. The clerk at the desk fixed the key no problem. Sat we were gone all day. When we came back the key would not work again. Clerk/manager fixed the key. About an hour later the manger knocked on the door asking us who we are. They had no record of us being in the room and had rented it to someone else. Thank God the people they rented it to returned to the desk, telling them there were clothes and ... read more

In happy customer It was terrible nothing in the room worked no wash towels no services they stiff u on the deposit which is 100 dollars which I'm still waiting for my deposit to be returned. I'll never return to that hotel..
