Dirty linens laying in hallways, dirt and debris in hallway, took down bed to look for bugs no bugs but looked like food crumbs in bed

Hard beds and pillows. Bed seemed really hard and so did the pillows. But we were grateful for a place we could all sleep in a bed. :)

Not clean. Had to clean the shower before taking one. Hallways were noisy and smelly

Ok stay I’ve never stayed at an extended stay and didn’t realize your room wasn’t going to get cleaned daily. Also “ free breakfast” should state free muffins/ granola bars and coffee. Also, the carpets throughout hotel needed vacuuming.
