The stay was awful!! Rude rude rude!!! Marijuana smell late at night, loud music and bed bugs were found in several rooms. Seriously the worst stay I have ever had and I travel often. Many times there was no one at the front desk and no one answered the phone. Awful awful awful!!!!

No rooms I had a room booked, but when I arrived I was told by a very unfriendly girl that they were all booked up and there were no rooms Available.

My stay was okay. I’m not even sure if this is the proper hotel because the day of check in I received a call that I could no longer stay. I also was charged twice for both hotel stays. Rooms were dirty. Stains in bathroom. Glad I only stayed for one night!

When I went to check in the front desk person informed me that I would need to come back in 30 minutes rooms were not ready. When I returned no front desk person and a Housekeeping person tried to check me in and said no rooms available. Even though I had paid for a room in advance. the Housekeeping person was very helpful and no Manager were there to help her out. I will never stay at this property again.

The property has no Ice machine, and there was trash bags left in the hallway stinking, and my room was infested with ROCHES!! I don't think that I will stay there again.

Not a good experience Arrived and did not have room available. Took over an hour to get us into another room. Then I had to pay the hotel for that room. Now I am trying to get a refund from Hotels.com and I have been on hold for 1 hour. The room was not very clean and the hallway smelled of marijuana. The phone didn’t work, so I had to downstairs to request extra pillows and blankets. Just an all around bad experience.

Poor service No breakfast other than lukewarm coffee with no creamer to be had. Also the water pressure was non-existent. Front desk service was beyond spotty took over 10 minutes on check-in and check-out for someone to show up at the front desk.
