I don't even know where to begin explaining my disgust for this property. You advertise that this is a smoke free facility. That couldn't be any further from the truth. It smelled like a bowling alley, and that was made worse by trying to mask the pot and cigarette odors with air fresheners.The initial room we were in was absolutely not clean. Not coming back We stayed here 3 years ago and were very happy with our stay so we decided to book here again. We asked for 2 beds and a roll away or pull out couch (same set up we had last time) but we were given one bed and a pull out. They said they didn’t have any other rooms available but the parking lot was not even half full. They were able to find a roll away bed for us and left it in the lobby for us to take up to our 3rd floor room. Got a room with a pull out bad the bad was tied down said it was broken the bathroom foor did not close it broken and the air unit it very. Load

Reservation was screwed up. Night staff was rude. Room smelled and matress was dirty that I had to clean myself.

2/10 My experience was very discouraging. When we got to the room, it was not properly cleaned. The floor had red stains all over the room, the beds were not properly made, the towels in the bathroom weren’t clean, and the other guests nearby were very rowdy. I will not be returning to this hotel.
