Reservations Mean Nothing I made our reservation days in advance and paid through Hotels.com. When my husband and I got there after a long day of moving out of our house, the woman behind the desk said that all rooms were taken and it was “first come first served.” Then what’s the purpose of a reservation!!!? She told us that we could get a refund, but WE would have to contact hotels.com. She she said they could put us in another hotel. Had a reservation, and when I went to check in, the girl at the desk said that she had sold the last room. I told her I had a reservation with Expedia, and she said well, you have a reservation with Expedia not us. What??? I told her I wanted to speak to a manager, so she called her manager, and all of a sudden a room opens up. Horrible way to treat guests.

Place was ok rooms were old and no the cleanest no elevators

The shower didn’t get hot & why have a kitchen with no supplies
