The staff was very nice, the hotel wasn't in great shape and even though it was a non-smoking room, it smelled like smoke. It was low price and the bed and towels were clean and comfortable. It got somewhat loud at night over the weekend. I'd pay more and stay elsewhere

Where to begin,the back entry door wasn't locked,we simply walked in.Door to our hotel room was shaky and not secure.Whenever someone close their door from across the hall,my door would move.we were told we had to pay for housekeeping,no clean linen or towels were given after a 3day stay.The pillows were cheap and the sheet ,I mean comforter/Duvet was so thin. The hallway and room had an stuffy smell.The building needs to be updated and remodeled.I would never stay there again

Decent Hotel The room was great for the price. It was JSU homecoming so most of the convenient hotels were booked and others that were available were to expensive. I didn't like that no one is at the desk constantly. They will show up shortly after you call them like the sign on the door says. If you are staying more than one night,your room is not cleaned and you have to request fresh towels for the second night. The person at the desk was very nice and brought what we needed upon request. Overall, I would stay again.

One Night Stay Overall it is good for the money. Nice location. The carpet was a bit dirty. Smoky smell in a nonsmoking room
Felt very unsafe in this hotel. Where do I start. Room stink like urine. A/c did not work had to be moved to a different room. It stunk like urine also, no door on the closet, the a/c unit leaked all over the carpet so walked through wet carpet, a guy was urinating in the trash can in the hall. Breakfast what breakfast? No drinks and had a choice of a prepackaged muffin a piece of fruit ( would have been afraid to eat it), or a granola bar. Would not recommend at all. Never felt so unsafe

Disgraceful This place was a joke. Evev the hallways reeked of smoke as did our "non-smoking" room. Don't know how many guests were there, but, breakfast was one muffin for all of us!

Disappointed thus time... I reserved & paid for a single smoking room in advance. When I arrived around 6pm I was told they did not have any available. I was given a double bed & was told they would pay for the upgrade. It wasn't an upgrade!!! I did not need the extra bed; it was their fault I feel as if I should have been offered a discount if not for that night at least the next stay considering I stay there often.
