The best ever!! Tuana was very helpful and friendly as I checked in as well as when I had questions! Ricky Brown was professional and knowledgable! I am glad that I chose this facility! My room was spacious and clean! I want the smell at home in my own bedroom!! I will be staying here again!!

I traveled a very far distance to stay at this hotel. I called in advanced and informed the staff that I was going to require a late check-in. I tried for an hour and a half to get someone to the office with know success. After departing, I called Hotels.com and they were able to reach someone only after I checked into another hotel.

Never again. There is no elevator. I was given a room on the 3rd floor. After carrying my luggage up 3 flights, the room was not ready for a guest. The fixtures in the tub had been removed. I had to go back down 3 flights of stairs, with my luggage, to let them know. They gave me a room on the 2nd floor. I go up the stairs with my luggage, just to find that this room was also not ready for a guest. It was being worked on. So I had to go BACK down the stairs, WITH my luggage, to get a 3rd room. Family and Business I have stayed at this hotel before where I had a bigger room and better amenities. This time I had to take a smaller room where there was still a smoky smell in the hallway. But I really appreciated having the kitchenette. However, adding a small table to serve as a desk made it a rather tight squeeze and I was very disappointed that the TV did not offer the local PBS station.
Overall had a good stay The staff was very friendly and the price was incredible. The rooms were very Nicely cleaned and overall had a good stay. The location isn't the best but it was definitely worth it. Only complaint is smelling marijuana all night. Thanks!
Good Location- Okay Hotel Nice location but hotel is a little run down. Rooms are somewhat dirty. Over all it's a good value

make over. The night shift had very bad attitude. but the morning shift tried to make me comfortable. the hotel needs a make over bad.

Nice Stay, Friendly Staff, Good Location It's a very nice hotel in a good area of town. A lot of restaurants are close by. The staff was very friendly. The only negative was there was a lot of noise outside early in the morning from construction work.
