Non-smoking deposit scam I had booked, but when arriving was told by the desk staff there would be an extra charge to my card as a non-smoking deposit that they would refund in up to 35 days. No thanks, I won't ever look at extended stay again

Couldn’t checked in. Was sent to another extended stay and they didn’t check me in either. They did take the money from my account

There was literal trash allll on the floor when we first arrived. And the lightbulb in the bathroom was not working so I guess that means the bathroom couldn’t have been cleaned in room 218. But Alexis is a sweetheart at front counter & was a true pleasure!

The whole room had an odor, our room was basically in a basement. I honestly want a refund! This is not what I was expecting.

The front desk worker during the day was very friendly, and I had no issues with the free wifi. I had a large room and like the layout. That unfortunately is where the positives ended. This hotel does not have an elevator, and every single floor is accessible only by stairs. I was first put on the first floor, which I found out (after I tried to go find it and had to go back and ask) is that you either need to go up the stairs to the second floor, then back down to the first floor via another staircase, or go outside to the ... read more
