First Impression My stay was terrible the breakfast was terrible and the room service is horrible. This hotel needs someone to come in and fix it up the hallway smells really bad like onions there are bugs in the room (roaches) which indicates the rooms are not being cleaned properly. Will not be staying at this room anymore I am afraid of staying out of the rooms out of town. Your first impression is your last and that was horrible

Great Management, Excellent Customer Service. Service was excellent. Rick B. The manager was excellent, great customer service, hotel was very clean an welcoming.Hotel is under great management an I would book again.

Dirty bath towels with hairs,,, don't stay here!!! This is the second Extended Stay we have stayed in for this month. The first one was in Tulsa OK. Both hotels had the same problem. No hair dryer in the room, and most importantly there were hairs on their bath towels. Why couldn't your hotel invest in better washing machines that can clean your dirty towels. It was so disgusting. 2 bad experiences in one month, I will avoid this dirty hotel chain at all cost in the future. Don't stay here until you don't mind other people's... read more

Under Renovation The hotel is currently under renovation. I was upgraded to one of the newly renovated rooms. When staying in hotels, cleanliness is my main thing. I am the biggest germaphobe, but this room did not make me cringe at all. Room was cute. Clean. Clean bathroom, fresh paint, clean linens, new carpet. I felt comfortable. If all of the renovated rooms will be like this, then I most definitely recommend this hotel.

It's okay The room was nice but the hotel was under renovation so it was a little cluttered and the heat/air unit was not functioning properly. But overall it was a nice stay for the money.
