Awful No cleaning in five days. If you wNt to somebody clean your room you have to pay a fee, seriously? Also if you want towels you must bring them to the reception. In conclusion, you go to an aparthotel without the services of a hotel. They should warn about this first thing. Awful

Room was not clean, shower rod broken, and pull out sofa bet mattress was dirty with numerous stains.

Stay away This was defiantly not worth the price or the ratings. the pool was the best feature. i needed to wear sandals on the carpet, gross, the night stand was sticky. and a curtain for the closet door that was falling apart.

extended stay away pool was down. the original room was trashed. literally trash all over. gave us a different room with dirty sheets, broken phone, no wifi

Great location, it’s near plenty of restaurants. The staff have poor customer service. The room wasn’t properly cleaned. Had hair in the tub and sink. Trash was left on the floor and room smelled of smoke. Stayed there for two nights and house keeping didn’t come around to clean or bring fresh towels not bedding.
